Enjoying a stunning location in the heart of Morayshire, and
on the doorstep of beautiful Speyside, stands Auchinroath House. 
A former hunting lodge, built at the turn of the last century, its tall turrets and quirky period features are some of the many things that contribute toward our guests delighting in an exceptional self catering experience.

The house can comfortably accommodate 12 guests in 3 double rooms, 2 twins and 2 singles, most with en-suite bath or shower rooms, at an unexpectedly affordable price.
We also have a number of facilities to hopefully ensure that any "little people" in your party are well catered for….and the furrier four-legged family members too.  
Set in almost 100 acres of private woodland and grounds, it is no surprise that people have enjoyed Auchinroath’s rural tranquillity for centuries.

Conveniently situated just a few minutes from Rothes and the A941 and a mere 15 minute drive from the cathedral city of Elgin,  and the picturesque town of Aberlour, we are ideally placed for the plentiful attractions and activities to be found in the world famous Spey Valley.

Auchinroath is also available to rent for short breaks, conferences or any special occasions.
